All products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Sydney HQ, often quicker, from Monday to Friday.
All products are covered under warranty, and change of mind purchases can be exchanged for another size, a different item, or a non-expiring store credit. For more info, see our shipping and returns policy.
All items are available for click & collect from our Newtown store.
Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout, and we'll have it ready for pickup as soon as possible. As some stock is held at our off-site warehouse, please allow up to 24 hours for pickup. Of course, if the stock is available in-store, your item will be ready much quicker.

We typically have all orders shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase (often a lot quicker), except on weekends.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If you purchase on the weekend, your order will nearly always ship on Monday.
We ship the vast majority of our products with Australia Post. Generally, you can expect 2-7 business days shipping time for Regular Post, and 1-2 business days for Express Post.
