Are shoes listed in US or UK sizing?

All shoes listed are in US sizing.
 

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) by default. Depending on your settings, prices may appear in your local currency.
 

Do you price match?

Yes, we do. We will match any advertised price listed on the website of an authorised Australian retailer. Items must be identical (including size) and in stock. Please contact us and send us the link to the advertised cheaper price along with your price match request. We reserve the right to deny any request if the sale would be below the cost price for that item.
 

Do skateboards decks come gripped?

No, by default we ship decks in their original condition with an individual sheet of griptape included with your order.
 

Can you grip my skateboard Deck?

Yes, we can. All skateboard decks come with a free sheet of griptape. If you would like the griptape applied by us, please mention this in the "special notes" field when submitting your order. This is a free service.
 

Can you build my skateboard?

Yes, we can. If you are purchasing a skateboard deck and other parts separately, and you would like us to build the skateboard for you, please request this in the "special notes" field when submitting your order. This is a free service.
 

Can I have free stickers with my order?

All orders are sent with free stickers.
 

Are my purchases covered by warranty?

All products sold by BOARDWORLD are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you have a warranty claim, BOARDWORLD will act on your behalf and submit your claim to the brand in question. We will support you every step of the way.
 

Are you an authorised retailer for the brands you sell?

We are an authorised retailer for every brand we sell.
 

How are my goods shipped?

Nearly all items are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Send with tracking. Snowboards are shipped using a courier service due to their large size. Shipping is fast and secure.
 

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, you will receive eParcel or courier tracking as soon as your order has shipped, by email and/or SMS.
 

What are your processing times?

We typically send all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase (often a lot quicker), except on weekends. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If you purchase on the weekend, your order will nearly always ship on Monday. We will contact you if there is a delay for any reason, or if we require more information to dispatch your order.
 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do. Please select "Express Shipping" when completing your order. Additional charges will apply. Express orders are always treated with urgency.
 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please read our international shipping policy.
 

Where are you located?

We're based in Sydney's Inner West, and all orders ship out of our Sydney warehouse. Our skate shop is located at 551C King Street, Newtown. Our warehouse is located in St Peters, a short distance from the skate shop.
 

Can I visit BOARDWORLD?

Customers are of course welcome to visit our skate shop at 551C King Street, Newtown, to shop in-store. Visits to the St Peters warehouse can also be arranged, and we have a point-of-sale setup at the warehouse for purchases if needed. Please contact us if you would like to visit our warehouse.
 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. Please read our full returns policy.
 

Do you offer lay-by purchasing?

Yes, we do. Please contact us if you would like to set up a lay-by order. We typically need a 20% deposit to get the lay-by set up. You can pay the balance in multiple payments as you wish. Your goods will ship as soon as the balance is paid.
 

Can you provide me with a tax invoice for a TRS claim?

Yes, we can. Please contact us if you need a tax invoice for any reason.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zip, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Nano, and EFT. Of course, we also accept cash in-store. 
 

My order was not as expected. Can you help?

In rare cases, we might make a mistake with your order. If a mistake is made, we will take full responsibility and ensure the situation is rectified immediately at our cost. We want all of our customers to be 100% stoked with their purchases and our customer service. If you have any problem whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us.
