Due to Covid-19, Australia Post is dealing with increased demand this Christmas period. As a result, postage cut-off dates are sooner than in previous years. 

If you need your delivery by Christmas, and you live in Australia, we recommend ordering by 1 pm on Friday, December 11 in order to absolutely guarantee delivery by standard post. For express post, we recommend ordering by 1 pm on Friday, December 18.

As always, these dates are conservative estimates based on guaranteeing delivery under the most extreme circumstances. If you're based in Western Australia, South Australia or the Northern Territory, we'd strongly recommend taking these dates at face value. For those based on the East Coast, you'll likely have an extra few days to order in time for Christmas, however this is not guaranteed. If you want absolute peace of mind, go by the suggested dates. All items ship from our Sydney warehouse.

While our Sydney Store is not currently open for regular business, we're still offering in-store pickups at our HQ in St Peters, near Newtown. If you're based in Sydney and want to pick up your order, please contact us or call 1800 262 737 for more info. In-store pickup will be available until Wednesday, December 23rd.
