ThirtyTwo has just announced the signing of Halldór Helgason to their global team. Halldór is one of the most well-known riders in the industry and has been on an absolute rampage recently. In 2018, he won Video Part of the Year with his section in “Arcadia” and snagged the ender part in BYND X MDL’s “The Future of Yesterday,” which was also in the running for Movie of the Year.

He joins the ranks of what is one of the most elite snowboarding teams on the planet right now. It was only 12 months ago when the brand announced the signing of style king, Nicolas Müller. Modern-day pioneer JP Walker, innovator Scotty Stevens, and all-around legend Joe Sexton are also apart of the squad.

It’s undeniable that Halldór is one of the best riders in the sport right now, and we’re stoked to hear that he’s joined the ThirtyTwo family.
