There's supposed to be a severe water shortage in Amercia's southwestern states, but Josh Hawkins certainly knows where to find plenty of liquid gold in the desert ditches of Arizona. This entire part features Josh skating flooded drains, fountains, actual filled pools, and even the famous Phoenix sandstone hubba during some type of perpetual flood. Josh has always been one to push the limits with spot selection, but even by his standards this is entirely new ground. And it's absolutely brilliant.
