When a skateboarder loses pro status and drops off the skateboarding radar for more than a few years, it's usually safe to say that their career is over. Devine Calloway was dropped from the Chocolate team way back in 2011 and faded into complete obscurity — until he started popping up on Paul Rodriguez's Instagram account around a year ago. For someone with as much natural talent as Devine, it was no surprise to see that he was absolutely killing it, and after a steady stream of solid footage he's now been announced as the latest Primitive Skateboarding pro rider. 

This video pretty much encapsulates everything Devine is and always has been about — flawless style, unexpected tricks, and schoolyard benches in large quantity. It doesn't get a whole lot better if you ask us. What a comeback.
