The Optisym is for all those snowboarders who enjoy fun, low-impact, buttery, friendly freestyle snowboarding, which means turning ever ything into a feature, even a groomed run or the knuckles of park landings, capable of switching from air time tricks to flat ground tricks within seconds. This snowboarding style is probably the most relatable and achievable, so we decided to make a board specifically for this type of riding - for the dreamers – the friendly freestyle shredders!

All products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Sydney HQ, often quicker, from Monday to Friday.
All products are covered under warranty, and change of mind purchases can be exchanged for another size, a different item, or a non-expiring store credit. For more info, see our shipping and returns policy.
All items are available for click & collect from our Newtown Store or St Peters Warehouse.
Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout, choose your preferred location, and we'll endeavour to have it ready within 4 hours during Warehouse trading hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm).
You'll be notified by email and/or text when your order is ready to be collected.

We typically have all orders shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase (often a lot quicker), except on weekends.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If you purchase on the weekend, your order will nearly always ship on Monday.
We ship the vast majority of our products with Australia Post. Generally, you can expect 2-7 days shipping time for Regular Post, and 1-3 days for Express Post.
