Can you use 2 different bindings?

Avatar

My current boots don’t really match shit ha ha.  I think I might go take a look at some plain black ones next up like my old ones.  My new thing is lightness, when I went out BC a couple of weeks ago I actually went back to my old Vans cause they are about half the weight of my DC’s.  I have new Ride bindings that are pretty light, now looking at the Burton Ambush boots, going to try some on tomorrow if I can, apparently they are one of the lightest boots going at the moment.  After that I might look into a light snowboard, Mervins (I have two) aren’t the lightest boards around.

fair enough deanobruce, if you in perisher next season.. you guys can have a look , and a play with them.. my bf managed to get his size 8 mens boot (im pretty sure his size 8) boot into them and bind up to do a few jumps on my board..  lol!!  so if your boots are small enough.. you can try them on and see what they are like smile

I’m going to try 2 different size boots. With one foot waaayyy bigger than the other (usually the one I’m trying to extract from my mouth) i find one boot always fits tight and the other slops around and I end up with pins and needles around my little toe, and you’ve seen me, I want to get even snowboard boots off as quick as I can. Possible solution? Stay in the pub billy

Baby Mizu had to have an extra footbed in one of her boots for the same reason, Tambo!!!!!

The boot fitter up in one of the stores at Hotham did it for her!!!!! Canadian dude!!!!! He definitely knew his stuff, so if ya thinkin about gettin ya boots looked at, I’ll ask her what his name was, and which shop he was in!!!!!

Thanks Miz, I reckon it would have to be Zirky’s, as that is the only place that sells boots up there. Hoping that maybe we canget to the Mater Boot fitters course next year and fix my own problems. LOL
This is the first season with no footbeds, my last ones died of overuse syndrome.
Still think I’ll have a go with the different size boots (I have them both anyway). When I had ski boots done, even foaming and footbeds made no difference after a while, hence snowboarding for me… (besides it’s waaaayyy cooler dance )

That sounds familiar!!!!! I’ll still ask her next time!!!!!

Yeah, her right foot is one whole size smaller than her left, so they glued extra layers to some orthotics, and also added some eva strips to the liner to stop heel lift!!!!!

He spent 2 hours with her when she got her new boots!!!!!
