What program for editing? Fps, resolution, export settings etc…
Your final product is really polished, about how long/hours does it take and how many people are involved (crew members) for each video.

Hey mate,
We use the Panasonic Hpx170.
Also we use GO PRO and Contour and Iphone. basically any HD 720p capable camera works.
We use FCP7 and then just a bunch of tricks that we have to keep to ourselves but yeah. For the Oi Mate series there was one main camera person (the camerakid) but we also had a grommie filmer apprentice (Rick Martinez) and for the last ep we got some extra shots from a couple of camera persons at the Stylewars event.
Shooting can take 10-12 days per ep ish. Editing is something we do each day with logging footage and laying out on a timeline. That way it’s all colour graded and tweaked while fresh in the mind. But yeah usually a couple of days for Oi Mate edits though it’s kinda up to the project.

Yes indeed another northern hemi season in and around whistler. BW and Olliepop are busy plotting a trip which may also enclude asia and or europe but those details are still up in the air and somewhat secretive.
We will say we are locking in another web series where we plan to spend much more time and focus on urban and backcountry shred (winter weather dependant)
Some backcountry Japan edits would be wicked!!!!!
