The worst part about cases like this is that they take this to court and waste the judge /jury’s time and sometimes even get results from ridiculous claims.
Where as cases like this are thrown out because “Sorry mate, I didn’t see you”. The guy didn’t even get Neg Driving. (which you can get for accidents where there is no injuries)
