so i got stuck in the office until 230 before i could sneak away, i knew they would notice i was gone so i turned my phone onto flight mode until 425, 6 missed calls, its the weekend now mutha f#*kers!! and ive got tafe next week so by the time im back they’ll have forgotten all about it
Stoked that downhill mountain bike season is underway!
Was pretty scared and went pretty slow my first go, but got faster as time went on. Was not expecting it to be that exhausting! When I walked in the front door at home, my legs were jelly!
Really looking forward to being able to do this regularly over the next couple of months…but I have to say that everyone told me I’d get addicted…but I can’t quite see how I will just yet. Its fun, but I don’t get any ‘amazing’ kind of feeling from it like I do snowboarding or getting a barrel on my booger…..not yet anyway!
Free season pass with my job, so no complaints!
My next major purchase is going to be a downhill bike
Stoked that the Bruins evened the series 1-1 in Chicago and bring back home ice to Boston 
DH is sick, I’ve been out the last few weekends with mates riding, building/re-building our trails. No snow to snowboard, too wet to skate, good weather to build trails lol.
Stoked went to the Maer Pre-Season party on Friday and I won two day lift passes to Thredbo :D
Also met some pretty cool like-minded people who I will most likely catch up with this season :D
Nice win. Going to keep them for the shred or heading down sooner?
I havent decided yet!!! I usually decide my snow trips on a whim. Will most probably head down earlier… though I am looking into heliboarding this season in NZ… so who knows!!! :D

Stoked I got smith stalls/grinds at st Kilda skatepark tonight. Was in the small bowl but stoked to get them!
Stoked That it is a 4 day week for me and that I head to Melbourne on Friday for Billy’s birthday shenanigans and to catch up with some of the other BW peeps!
