stoked I got a positive phone call from the real estate that manages a house we applied for. She said our application was good and she is going to talk to the owner this arvo. If we get it we will be easy walking distance to soldiers beach. Trying not to get too excited but I’m so keen!
Not keen on doing the actual moving part - as it will only be for 6 months before we go to sweden, but we’d like to spend that 6 months living somewhere nice instead!I used to go to Soldiers as a kid!!!!!
My Gran and Pa used to live at Noraville/Toukley!!!!! They owned the corner store there, and we used to go up for every school holidays!!!!!

We got it! yeeewww! Now its just the sh*%tfight that is moving to contend with. Yep mizu, my bro lives at noraville but we’ll be in Norah Head itself down the end closest to the beach & cabbage tree bay. Its looking like we’ll do the actual move not this weekend but next. We could leave it til the following weekend and give ourselves more time to prepare, but its my 30th that weekend and I DO NOT want to be in the midst of moving house then!
Will be sad to leave pumpkin the possum behind but apart from that I’m not gonna miss this house one bit!

Damn, I just checked Google Earth, as I haven’t been there for over 20 years now!!!!! 
It has changed soooooooo much!!!!! This is a pic of the General Store they owned!!!!! They lived about 10 houses west of it after they sold it!!!!! And if ya wanna drive Pumpkin down to my place, she’ll fit right in with the bunch I have here!!!!!
