She’s an Irish backpacker/nurse - which statistically means she drinks too much and and has multiple random sexual partners. What’s not to like?

STOKED to be “home” in austi for the weekend. Got a mate’s wedding tomorrow. Had a paddle out austi beach this arvo. Was pretty rubbish but I hadn’t surfed in weeks/months so was frothing. Its so nice to be back here!
STOKED I think we’ve found a unit in The Entrance that has nice water views, across the road from the water and is $30pw cheaper than we pay where we are.
STOKED I finished my first big assignment for my masters after 10 years away from uni, and finished it early so I can fully enjoy my weekend!
STOKED I’m looking at Crackers’ epic freshwater native aquarium in person rather than just in pics!

The Entrance brings back great memories of my kidhood!!!!!
My grandparents lived in Toukley, and every school holidays was spent up there!!!!! They had good friends that lived in The Entrance, so we spent many a day there!!!!!

yep - was treated to the lightning show while we were in the water. was beautiful and made me even happier to be “home”. I miss the escarpment the most. There is nothing like being in the water and gazing up at it. Never, ever gets boring.
The Illawarra is pretty damn unique with the coast and its escarpment!!!!! Our lounge room has views of the cliffs, and after 20 years of havin that same outlook, I have never once gotten sick of lookin at it!!!!!
It’s worth missing out on the sunset everyday, that’s for sure.
I get great sunsets from my place now but I would trade it for the Escarpment and surf anytime.
Of course you do get great sunrises.
