Which board did you get?
Ride Yukon 159 - Big Feet! 6’2” & 85kg. Plus Some Ride RX Bindings & Burton Rulers. The Rulers are exceptionally comfortable, I’ve been wearing them around the house as a stand-in replacement for ugboots as well.

Yes, but they are at my mate’s place in Jindy… I have to go down there and get them (and maybe ride a few days) early July

What are you doing down there? Last year I worked at snowholidays booking people into hotels etc…
This year I have a full time job I kind-of want to keep lol so its just a couple of visits :(
New Gloves- well standbys till I find a better pair, or mitts that actually fit. My Granite Gear gloves I’ve been rockin for forever are finally giving up :(

yikes, all this when I had planned on not buying anything this year!

Hmmm. it was probably a thin zip up wind breaker jacket from 4square.
I had bought a lot of outerwear in November at the start of my season last year.
It was all Burton stuff.
New pants, AK 2L
2 new beanie / toques
thin zip up jacket (I had to get some new thin long sleeve items, for the summer riding, I can now due at the snowflex centre!)
I also got a new bullet tool, I love those things, I am making a habit of buying a new one each year, and giving away the old one! Kids get stoked when you give them something random and useful like that.
I bought 2 pairs of gloves too. Thinner pipe glove styles, and one glove liner.
Overall I spent a lot of money.
This season I’ll be buying a new board, a new tool, and I will try to limit it to that, but it is tempting.
I should buy boots too, but I’ll wait again, as I have 2 pairs I can wear and that’s one too many.
Plus next season, it is kind of my wife’s turn to buy what she wants / needs. So it may be 2 seasons, before I get new boots.
The ones I ride are about 10 yrs old, they are comfy and they work. The other pair I have are 32s and I like them, just not as much as my first generation Burton ions.
dying to buy a new board..not that i really need one but you know how it goes…anybody ridden never summers? good ones?
