These passes are so worth it.

I have already paid my Hero pass off three times (on the basis that a day pass is $100, Hero was $700 and I have already done more than 21 days)

Dark and I and now considering getting them smile

Since the Grid Iron season doesn’t start till September and your house should be done, you’ll have all the time in the world to get 7 days + riding to make it worth while. And since you’re in Canberra, a day trip is totally viable.

Dude, day trips from Wollongong are totally justifiable, Canberra is a “wake up late and decide to ride around then leave” kinda place wink

Justifiable sure, actually doing it is a lot harder than needed (i.e. 4am wake up to get there by 9, then ride all day, leave at 5 and get home by 11 isn’t really smart.)

Though next year, I might actually be keen on some Sunday day trips (so I can play soccer then go down) if anyone is keen.

I think I’ll probably bail on a few games next year to get the weekends snowboarding but definitely still want to sign up and play when I can smile

I actually preferred day trips, mates and i would leave around 2am, smash it through to Jindy about 630-7am. have breaky, chill out then head up the mountain for first lifts. Ride till 330ish then head home. Be home around 9ish.

In some ways I agree deano!

Do it on a Saturday and then you can sleep/recover all day Sunday!

Gridiron starts in August but Dark is retiring at the end of this season smile so we should have heaps of time next yr for it!
