We’ll the 2010 yellow and Black one with feathers is not, but the newer one is, I think.
I got mine in Japan, but I assume they were out in OZ this year too. Its graph is done by Mike Parillo of a lil man watching tv ect.
I think OZ get models before US and Japan now.. I know last year they did.

Rider, are the libs in Oz called 2010’s or 11’s? (the ones that are known as 2011’s in NoHe)
