. . . see anything on the news recently about the government compensating people for windscreen damage caused by dodgy road surfacing on the Monaro Highway?

Havent seen it or heard of it, but will keep an eye/ear out for it.

What section of the Monaro Hwy are you referring to? I know North Bound after the Johnson Dr exit is a bit rough in spots cause I drive along it everyday
