Been exercising heaps lately.
Sunday - Fitness Kickboxing
Monday- Kickboxing
Wednesday - 3km run
Thursday - Female fitness class (mixture of pilates and kickboxing)
Going to either run 5km or do the 1000 steps on Saturday and as of next week I’m going to start doing Kung Fu on a Wednesday night and move my running to a Tuesday
Going to be heaps by the end of summer! (hopefully!!)
In the last week;
Saturday - 7km ocean kayak in 53:10 including the transitions for the Lorne Mini Adventure Race.
Sunday - Rest day
Monday - Kayak, squad session
Tuesday - 2km yog
Wednesday - 4km walk & game of softball
Thursday - 13 hours of drinking at xmas parties
Friday - Rest day

Nice, head over to the other side of the park. Stockyards i think its called. Lots of fun stuff there too. More challenging but fun. Track 13 is a wicked down hill (dont get scared by it) xc run with lots of fun berms
I need to build up both my fitness & confidence before I head over to the other side of the park.
I’ve been pretty active here in the Bahamas. Been swimming, and playing tennis and basketball a lot. Today Michelle and I got whipped in doubles tennis by her parents (don’t know what happened haha), then played basketball with the local kids, then went swimming, then went for a long nap haha.
It must be killing you to not be in the cold weather and not be able to indulge your main passion.
And by main passion I mean Figure Skating
45 min fitness kickboxing followed by 1hr kickboxing. Wasnt too bed considering how hot it was!
After 1hr45mins of kickboxing he made us do 2x10 push up’s with our ankles up on the bottom rope of the ring. I managed zero (half a push up if i’m being generous) my goal for Monday is 1. Baby steps!

Thursday - Game of touch
Saturday - Kayak - ~2km
Sunday - Kayak - 3.6km
Monday - Kayak - 4.5km
Wednesday - Kayak - 3km
Hopefully touch is cancelled tomorrow, do not want to play in 41 degree heat.
I started doing crunches again.
Need to burn off the christmas waist expansion and tighten up my core.

Thursday - Touch Rugby - Scored my first try!
Today - Kayak
So much kickboxing! Did an hour Sunday, an hour Monday and 2 hours tonight. My shins are black and blue and I have the worst blisters but its still awesome fun.
First Physio session today,
Because i need to be back at work on March 5 the head physio said they are going to work me hard, 3 times a week until then.
Cant wait
