This time last week I think we were on our third $120 bottle of red at Wild Fire. It’s always tastes so much better when someone else is paying!

Can’t wait to show you guys my fat gut that I’ve nurtured over the past month (or 8), you will be truly impressed! I’m giving it another week, then I’ll jump on some scales and take a photo with it all hanging out (I’ll take another with me holding in what I can -correct posture-), then start working out/dieting.
Because of this cold I’ve starting to cut sugar from my diet, not cold turkey, just made some little changes.
I love how my body can transform from couch potato to athlete fairly quick but I’ve never documented it.
30 minutes down at the gym earlier today, and I am absolutely stuffed
A solid chest/triceps workout followed by a 2k row.
Almost spewed on the row, so you know its working haha
I went crazy and did 10 chin ups this morning.
Slept the rest of the day. Made and ate a huge spag bol for dinner.
At least I did some chin ups.
Solid legs session, rowed 1k then physio.
Surfed for 2 hours (it was pumping around sydneys eastern beaches today!!!) annnddd walked 2km
Wore a GPS tracker thingy during my soccer game today and it said I ran about 9km. Not to bad for a back.
about 3 hours of skating our mini ramp last night and my legs are sore today!!!!
After the alcohol abuse i put my body through on the weekend i was going to give gym a miss today but thought, i better expunge this devil from my system and sweat it up.
And sweat it up i did haha
Solid chest session then a 1k row. My fitness over the last fortnight has increased tenfold, from struggling to row 1k non stop to now comfortably smashing through it whilst raising my strokes per minute. Going to up it to 2k’s after each gym session from next week.
Much the same as you Deano, went for a 2hr surf this morning, was a hard thing to talk myself into, I walked around the surf club for 15 mins in the rain trying to convince myself to paddle. Very glad I did as it was fun when I was out there. Went for a 4.5km SUP the sarvo as well to top things off.
I wonder how many calories all the CPR I did on the weekend burned??
(Bloody snow gear is a bit loose and baggy. Def not ‘fitted’ pants any more. But I also had nowhere near the layers I usually have on, on)

where did you do this? narrabeen lake? i havent gotten into it. do you just do it hen there is no surf?
Signed up to the gym today, did some cardio, core work and legs. First time in a long time, guaranteed to be feeling it in the morning.
