Surfed for 2.5hours the sarvo, sick fun until the worlds worst surf tourists paddled out.  By that I mean Brazilians, can’t surf in ones and two’s has to be at least 7 of them every time.

First time posting in this thread, thought I’d ease myself in.

Texted Mizu this morning for a while while waiting for a customer to show up. Used both thumbs, feeling a little sore this arvo, but better for it.

Jumped in the pool, chucked three dogs in, they were not stoked on the plan, so took a bit of lifting.

Then later this arvo, I have lifted several beers to mouth and back to the table, I have now swapped to wine for my warm down.

Good start?

Did a pretty intense pilates class yesterday (probably the best one yet). Did a swimming session straight after as well. I’ve definitely dropped some body fat and built some muscle over the last couple of months. My body is feeling a lot stronger and previous niggling injuries (back and groin) seem to have disappeared. Pretty stoked with how it’s all going.
