haha I think my contributions to this thread for the next few months are going to be very predictable!

Although season passes are included as part of our job (but we’d already bought ours) so if we get a refund I’m thinking of spending that money on a gym/pool/spa membership instead. I’m quite keen to shed some kilos this winter. There isn’t much else to do here in the many hours of the day that it is dark!

No snowboarding for me today. We were getting ready to head out for a hike for some fresh pow runs we found yesterday when the phone rang and it was work pleading with us to go in and help them because they had tonnes of apartments that had to be clean for 4pm & they hadn’t put enough staff on.

So I did 5 hours of cleaning as my exercise today!

Went to go for a run yesterday morning (whilst my house was full of ridiculously hungover or asleep people), made it about 500m and my calf started locking up…

Sooo ended up being a nice leisurely walk around the beach for an hour. Have Physio @1pm today so will get her to sort it out.

Had a 45min surf with about 50 dolphins, then a 4km paddle then another 2.5hr surf in the arvo.

Haven’t updated this in a little while. Been doing Pilates classes and swimming. Started back at Bikram yoga tonight - smashed me haha.

I was going to head back to the gym today however I’ve some how managed to get sick/a virus/cold in the middle of summer and haven’t left the couch in 3 days.

Did 50 minutes on the bike at home last night, with pushups thrown in every 10 minutes.

Ran the night before.

Going for another run tonight. Just a quick one tonight though.

Finished work at midday and went and pumped this out;

First decent run since the Christmas break so im pleased.
