Swam 1.3km this arvo. Went for a 1 hour massage after the swim. The massage was better than the swim.

I’ve done very little exercise lately and I think a gut is starting to form.

Took my surfboard to the beach yesterday but there were no waves so bought a 6pack, went home and drank it.

re-subbed to the gym.  I feel pain in the wallet region.

Sore knees have come back a bit, so doing 5 sets of quad stretches on each leg every day, plus the occasional wallow around the floor on my foam roller.  Riding the bike to work most days, starting gym again when time permits.  I read a cyclist tip that says if your knees are sore at the front your seat is too low, and sore at the back means seat is too high.  Put my seat up about 1cm.

My arms seem to be riddled with little injuries that stop me doing bicep curls, probably need some physio on that.

Whats with this C25km thing, I think the last time I went running was in March this year, seeing as my SUP is in getting fixed I decided to go for a soft sand run yesterday arvo.  Did a bit over 5km in 45 mins or so, not very fast but it was in soft sand, why is couch to 5km taking anyone more then one or two goes to reach, seriously?  I’m not trying to bignote myself in anyway but it’s not really that hard, too many people try to ease themselves into things and end up getting next to nothing out of it.  For those of you who know me I am not exactly a picture of fitness at a bit over 6’2” and 110kgs so if I can crank it out and not drop dead of heart failure I reckon most people can.
