yes, the image was too big apparently.
I’m on a MAC so I exported the photo for smallest size to my desktop from iPhoto and used that copy. it worked now.
The post markers are now back to normal.
really liking the new colourway and avatars…can we use animated ones?
Not for now. I think it’s possible but we don’t want animated avatars, too annoying on the screen. Please just use jpegs.

Yeah I think avatars work really well. We will definitely be keeping them.
