After putting some new remind insoles in my new boots (the remedy, in my old boots I got the cush), my right foot hurts a lot. Weird cuz with no footbeds at all I didn’t feel any pain (or maybe I did but just a little bit). My left foot is totally fine however so I’m kinda confused as to what is happening. I’m thinking maybe I just need to get used to the high arch support of the insole.
got some custom ones made up today… hopefully wont complain about my feet this season
the tip that guy gave me when doing customs
use them before you start the season in your regular shoes
basically trains your foot before you hit the mountain
i really dont know if it worked on or cause i changed boots at the same time ....couldnt hurt but
Another vote here for custom ones. I’ve had zero pain in my arches etc since going for them at the start of last season swapped them into the new boots this season and didn’t get a single bit of pain when breaking in the new boots either which was fantastic.
If you’re only doing a little bit of riding I’d just find the superfeet or other similar brands, I had superfeet previously and they did a pretty good job but after 30 days straight at the start of last season I switched to custom as I started getting a bit of pain.
