Backcountry Film Festival

Anybody planning on checking on the backcountry film festival out next Tuesday. Looks like its weighing heavily on the skiers side but I know for a fact Solitaire by Sweetgrass has some amazing cinematography and some sick riding.

The Melbourne showing is being held Tuesday May 8.

Nine films over 90 minutes, celebrating human powered adventure and the backcountry life. Films cover skiing, boarding, walking, mountain biking and some pretty impressive kayaking.

K2 will be all over this like Hugh Jackson was all over Nicole Kidman in the movie AUSTRALIA
