You seem to be right Oz, there is no consistency in the timing.
However, if you logon to the volunteer portal, and hover your mouse over the reference time, you will get to see the Course Title.
TJ, it still says available right? Maybe you should sign up for it, you can do this in the My Courses screen. Because I signed up and now it says selected…
Not sure what you mean by “sign up for it” I can go into the course and there is an info link but nothing to actually sign up for?
Yeah but that (the moscow ‘meeting’) has been there from what felt like the very beginning for me (def before i did the English test!)

I have 2 in my login. 1 EF test and one Detech Test
Both look the same as Lukie’s, 1 is 10 mins and 1 is an hour.

Well the Detech test is probably the next step, but on february 7th? it would be a bit awkward to have an interview while the opening ceremony is going on! haha!
If i remember correctly from your previous posts, the russian mail says the Detech test is an online test right?
and i found it possible to sign up for the courses under ‘My Sessions’ and hit submit (not under My courses, sorry, its getting late in this part of the world

Yeah I think it is an online test…. I just think they pick a date the further-est away (ie the opening ceremony)

Once you clicked my sessions, was your username and password the normal ones?
my is - well it doesn’t prompt me to sign in again.
Under my course nothing is scheduled for me…
Apparently I dont need to go to Sochi as I will be in Korea as an athlete parent… So I have been told by my 7 yr old.

Yes the sochi websites are not yet the most sophisticated websites, i had many problems signing up for the first time, using the firefox browser.
Im from Holland, the country only one hour of flight away from London, but unfortunately i didnt go to the Summer Olympics due to studies. and of course our country is known to have legalised some illegal things…
i believe the time difference at the moment is 8 hours earlier than Australia?
