What Are Your Easter Weekend Plans?

We are camping all weekend at Huskisson Beach on Jervis Bay- never been there before but google says its pretty nice

Husky is an awesome place Dragon!!!!! No surf (unless there is a massive swell outside, then the place is a surf haven, and only happens a handful of times a year)

If ya go for a drive around the southern part of the bay, make sure ya take ya board as Caves Beach has some good surf most of the time, and ya can do a walk down to Summer Cloud Bay (Aussie Pipeline, and make sure not to drive into Wreck Bay - the local indigenous settlement, and probably the best piece of real estate in Australia), but there will most likely be a crowd and a half surfin there!!!! And Green Patch is a nice place for a swim in the flat water, and to kick back with a BBQ and a beverage!!!!!

There’s a multitude of other stuff to do around there but I better not overload ya anymore than I have already?????

If ya get time though, pull into Bendalong (My future retirement place), it’s a 15-20 min drive off the main drag, and drive down to the boat ramp where ya can hand feed the sting rays (take white bait, pilchards), and have a look at Back Beach (Inyadda), the path down is located next to the entrance of the caravan park that’s at the end of the main road in!!!!! It’s probably the most consistent beach break in the country, although it can/will be crowded in the holiday period!!!!! Then if ya have time go check Manyana, Berringer lake, and Cunjarong Point on ya way out from Bendalong!!!!! They are all close together, and if ya walk down to the beach at Cunjarong Point ya will be able to shout out to Warren and fatima, as they will be across the other side of the entrance to Lake Conjola!!!!!

Rightio, that’s enough of my ramblins!!!!! (ya can probably tell that I love the place, hey?????)  hmmm

Hyams Beach, check.  I’m contemplating dusting off the board and embarrassing myself giving it a go.

Hopefully I can get myself down to Bells too. Gotta convince the others that we should go down.

My old man just got a new lens, so hopefully he’s keen to try it out.

A lot of Manyana is still privately owned by the original bloodline to this day!!!!! (All the area at the back of Inyadda Beach)

Dare say they would be the same family????? It’s would be worth a mint!!!!!

What is everyone up to this Easter weekend?
Anyone going away?

I’m heading down to Tassie tomorrow for a week. From Friday to Tuesday we will be paddling and canyoning. Got a few first decents of some gorges and rivers lined up. Should be awesome. And days before and after I will be skating around Hobart.
Good times ahead!

How bout you?

Snowboarding in Whistler pow!  cool grin

Will do mate!!

Pretty keen to give it another crack. I went down last year, but didn’t really come away with anything I liked. It’s pretty hard to get close enough without some mega glass, unless the conditions are right.

Some from last year.

Thanks mate. They’re the best of a bad bunch really, but I’m pretty confident if I get down there this year I’ll do better.
