Rules of the Boardworld Forums
Dear members,
We have finally released a set of rules for the Boardworld Forums. We feel it is necessary to have some guidelines available, as we have a lot of new members joining and we do not want any confusion. These rules may change over time, however we feel this list is fairly solid.

RULES OF THE BOARDWORLD FORUMS:
Difference of opinion is fine, but do not get personal. Do not insult each other!
There is no such thing as a stupid question. Do not cut people down for asking questions. Be positive - either help them, point them in the right direction, or leave it to someone else.
Use the search feature. If there is nothing relevant, always feel free to start a new thread.
No pornographic material. Kids use this forum, so please keep it clean.
No offensive material. This relates to gender, race, religion, sexual preference etc.
Do not post links to overseas stores, including eBay etc. Boardworld fully supports the Australian Boardsports Industry. Please feel free to link to any authorised Australian retailers.
Please do not advertise your items for sale. This policy is also in place to protect the Australian Boardsports Industry. Details on Boardworld’s advertising policy can be found here.
We do not mind if you occasionally post a new thread in Boardworld Social to get more views. As your thread starts to slide down the list, we will move it to the appropriate section. You will receive an email notification if your thread is moved. If you notice a thread disappear out of Boardworld Social, check the appropriate section for the thread, or do a search. Please do not make a habit of this though.
Please do not reply to spammers. Just leave it alone or hit the ‘Report’ button and one of the moderators will take care of it.
Only a few of the most offensive words have been censored. Please do not try to get around the censor. If a word is censored, please leave it that way.
Be a part of the Boardworld community and have fun. We have members from all over the world. This community is here so we can make friends and learn from each other. Please make new members feel welcome in our community.
If you notice a member breaking one of the above rules: Be nice about it, give them an explanation, and please direct them to this thread.
