That is an awesome shot. Did you take it yourself and if so do you have the photo details: camera, lens, aperture etc…
I grabbed it off a mates FB, can probably find out more details, see if I can.
I would think there is a fair bit of Photoshop involved.
Adjusted a few levels in PS is my opinion.

Great thing about Flickr IMO is that you can see all the details of the shot.
Am so saving that for a wallpaper at work when I get over the Travis Rice one I have 
I put it as my phone screen. i dont think my travis rice one will be leaving my work computer anytime soon!
