New Board for Beginner in Japan

Hi

I spent a week learning in Australia in July on a Salomon (I think it was a men’s wild card 145) rental board and had fun (and got a bruised butt!). We’re heading to Japan in Feb and would like to get a board to keep progressing (got down a blue run with encouragement).

While I don’t want to get carried away but I want to buy something that I will be happy with for a while. My challenge is that I’m a fairly big girl (90kg, 5”6). I have 7.5 Ride boots.

Would love some board suggestions, was thinking an All Mountain that can cope with powder.

I would suggust you rent some demo boards when your in Japan and see what you like

What part of japan are you going to? Ill be in Hakuba from the 3rd to the 7th and happy ro give some tips

I started on a 2018 saloman sight 153cm and then progressed to a Jones Explorer 156 (which I got from Jeremy here)

Dont rush into buying a board until you know what you want
