Wow, I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen the cover that bad at Merrits in early September. Thanks for sharing the video, silent. Awesome no one was out here, Merrits all to yourself! Is the Cruiser terrain park still there or did they pull it down? I’m guessing there’s not enough snow.

To their credit, they’ve actually moved it to the top of the lifts, and another couple of jumps just below entrance to the cat track that leads to the top of Gunbarrel. Still, they may have disintegrated by now as well?
I’m just shocked they are still charging $347 for a 5 day lift pass given the current conditions.

Yeah, last spring they wiped out the jumps that lead to the rider T-Bar, and made a really fun line of hits through the playground!!!!!
Just got home from delivering pizza.
Snowed up until 8pm, the last hr I didn’t need windscreen wipers because it wasn’t wet enough to stick to the glass!!
On Crackenback ridge (ski In Ski Out area) there was snow on the road, I even went a little sideways.
All grassed area’s around the village have a light cover and 45min ago it started getting really cold - the village square is as low as -4? ground temp.
The last forecast I heard before leaving work said snow down to 1200m tomorrow. Meeting Silent for a ride tomoz a.m.
Will try to post update after but I have lots to do.

I haven’t ridden on fresh snow since mid July - and the way my luck is going, this’ll definitely be the last of it for the season.
I thought about getting to bed early and driving down at 2 or 3, but I just can’t get to sleep and it’s now almost midnight. Something told me I’d regret not driving down earlier today as I’d originally planned. Well, actually, I’d originally planned on heading back down on Monday. I’m an idiot.

My legs went dead after 6 hours worth snowboarding, need a good hot bath for tomorrow’s shredding… Whoo! I’m so addicted
