On my bike, I’m pretty sure I can (or is close) It’s pretty easy as long as you don’t do anything stupid like dropping the clutch.

I should be able to do 5s-7s in my68vw.
I’ve never done a serious start because it would tear the gearbox apart (new box is 4 times stronger) - not yet onroad. Looking forward to some track time with some weight reduction (I carry heaps of junk, speakers).
I once gave a streemachine holden ute a scare at the lights .
The ute was auto and I had to take it easy through 1st (heavily ride the clutch) he also wasn’t expecting a serious start from my raty looking, old VW.
While I redlined 2nd the ute wound up, kicked into gear up slingshot past.
I eased up at 90/100kmh (80zone) he was at least 100m ahead by the time 3rd had any power applied.
This is one hell of a drift
