Julian WIlson’s Signature Model Surfboard - Air 17

Julian WIlson is no slouch when it comes to surfboard design.  Until late last year Jules was a free agent and made no commitment to any shaper, always wanting the best boards available. After riding a few JS models Julian decided on a home.

Fast and forgiving for the most progressive approach possible in small waves, Julian Wilson’s AIR17 is a specially designed model that Julian and JS have been working on since 2013.  “I felt like I could do whatever I wanted on this board.” The AIR17 is a further-refined version of that board. “This board, I could grab it out of the garage without checking the waves, and I’ll get away with having a good surf. This is what I was hoping to achieve with JS and I feel like we’ve found exactly that. For the waves I surf
everyday, this thing is just magic.”
