Rent or Bring my own?

Hey guys I’m new to this board, seems like lot of you knows what’s going on. So I have couple basic questions to ask, if you could give me your advice, I’d be much appreciated.

I’m heading to Japan in Feb and stopping by hakuba for 5 days, is it worth taking my own board? as I’m not going to be there for a long period. secondly my board is a NS SL 151, I’m 73kg, is the board too short for the condition?

Hey skywalker - Welcome to BW!

I haven’t been to Japan but I have been o/s snowboarding a few times.. My recommendation is to hire while you are there. 5 days isn’t that long so hire shouldn’t be too expensive and you’d have a great deal more fun floating powder on a bigger deck. See what the other guys say, but thats my advice.
