Decided to delay surgery until after my trips to France (work) and West Oz (fun) in July and have another appointment with my specialist August 3. Hoping he’ll operate soon after that.

Am supremely lucky to have an amazing physio who has gone above and beyond and I’m confident he’ll have me fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been, by the time I get around to doing all the activities I love again…..hang on, that should go in the Stoke thread! haha

only time up this season and i find out the forecast for this weekend will be filled with the dreaded taboo word starting with “R”

even more so as already bought the lift tickets
