Devo I just sent off an email enquiry to the nice travel agent from bestflights who has been dealing with all of our Round the World and to and from Sweden queries for the past couple of years…only for it to bounce and for me to discover that the company he worked for got absorbed by another company back in February, and now I don’t know if he even still works there or how to contact him.
He’d given us lots of great, personal service, done everything over email, waived us fees etc and just been generally awesome…now I’m going to have to ring the company on skype and try and sort our complicated situation over the phone which is going to be a pain in the butt, I can feel it!
Total 1st world problem but devo nonetheless.
Devo we are sitting at Queenstown airport waiting for our flight home. To make matters worse today is clear blue skies and no wind and we can see the remarkables from the airport. Worst!!

I suspect that he us no longer with them as usually when companies get bought out the keep them old email active a redirect them to the new company. If you has his email dies that mean you know his full name? Maybe look him up on LinkedIn to track down his new employer and/or confirm he is no I longer with them.

Haha you don’t have to say sorry about that! Yeah I know his full name but it is an extremely common name - James Green! I tried googling his name and hello world together to see if his email came up somewhere, with no luck. I’ve never used LinkedIn and got no idea how it works or anything.
I did find a phone number on the hello world website that is especially for best flights customers to use about existing bookings. I guess I’ll try and call them on Skype tomorrow. Its just our booking and everything was sort of complicated and James had already agreed to waive some fees etc last time I emailed him so I’m not holiding out much hope of that still being the case. I suppose if hello world wanted to do good business they would honour the previous agreement…will wait and see what they say!
