It was ok, I just pretended I was leaning against the cabin until he went away before ripping my skin away from my fingers
As painful as that sounds I would have loved to have seen that hahahaha
Hahahaaa!!!!!
Yeah, I’ve removed a few layers of skin from the finger tips with it too!!!!!
Finger Tips!!!!!
I said Finger Tips!!!!!
Acetone people, ACETONE!!!
lt also comes in convenient, small containers labeled “nail polish remover” (though nail polish remover isn’t generally pure acetone) and will dissolve CA glue (cyanoacrylate adhesives ie:
Superglue
), epoxy resin (araldite) and polyester resin (fibreglass resin) to name a few.
It’s an organic compound and basically safe (except it’s flammable) even the fumes aren’t really harmful (unless ignited).
Paint thinner may also help with superglue.
And yes, I’ve lost skin because of superglue! (before I learned about acetone!)
A bit hard to reach when ya stuck to the side of a boat though, Spaz?????
Shellite is also effective
MEK is also a great solvent!!!!!
CJK?
CJK will get any situation sorted!!!!!

Yeah, they’re the ones I’m talkin about!!!!!
We don’t sort other peoples problems out!!!!!
Not what the CJK’s all about!!!!!

DON’T OPEN SUPERGLUE, ARALDITE OR FIBREGLASS WITHOUT A BOTTLE PRESENT - is my rule.
Shellite is also effective
But it’s a hydrocarbon and more toxic compared to a polymer.
I imagine Acetone is much cheaper Shellite (because shellite is a petroleum product).
