Have been kickboxing four times a week lately and it has caused a bit of a dilemma :(
If I exercise within 2 days of taking my weekly RA medication it makes me feel MEGA nauseous, but if I don’t take my medication then within a week my hands start getting numb and I get aches in pretty much every joint.
Only solution seems to be to limit exercise to 2-3 days a week which SUCKS cos I’ve been really really enjoying learning to kickbox!

It seems I have come down with the flu, urgh. Who gets sick when it is 35 degrees outside?!
Me!! Had the last 3 days off work, (tues and wed being my actual days off) and its been 26-28 for all 3 days here.. Perfect beach weather, sunny hardly any clouds at all.. And a nice breeze…. And I’ve been in bed… And I’m still sick with the flu!! It sucks!
they have predicted 28 today, and 37 tomorrow..
