My $200 modem died while installing firmware upgrade today - Netgear are replacing the Modem under warranty.
Pull out Modem suplied by ISP - with Netgear on phone set it up but no worky!
Call ISP - on phone for 2hrs trying to get it working. Now ISP are replacing modem as defective.
Back to using phone as only access to www. Not that computer is functional anyway.
