ie The lender always requests proof of insurance that notes the name of their finance co as a party of interest!!!!!
And if the borrower doesn’t show proof as such, can then protect their own interests by seeking insurance on your behalf!!!!! Paid by you!!!!! This is to reduce their own risk of loss!!!!!

Dude…. That sucks… though I never try to run yellows for this reason. The risk is not worth the reward.
TJ on both occasions i did not run the yellow, i swear to god lol
first time traffic bumped in front of me and i was kind of half way through so i went when trafic cleared in front not realising it changed to red.
second time
i stopped but my fron wheels went over the second white line and camera went off although i stopped i did not continue to go through the red light ....
but yah fuck me 1100 since august in fines… i think any hope i had in gettin new board has just gone out the window.
but before that i think its been at least 5 years since i got any fines at all and now 3 fines in freaking 2 months.

Yeah I am going to write them a letter and see what they say, but i doubt i will get out of it considering i got 2 red-light fines with in 2 months.
