What ever happened to Semantics?

Does anyone on here know what happened to Semantics?
I guess like most other Aussie snow brands that came along too early they might have gone under.
I can only find whats left of a bit of their website

if they have disapeared its a shame because I liked their products.

It doesn’t look like they’ve done anything in the last couple of years.
