B-Rad Foundation Auction: Tony Hawk’s Signed BOWL-A-RAMA Skateboard

Some of you had the pleasure of chatting to Brad AKA darb on Boardworld. Some of you may have even met him along the way. Brad became a close friend on mine through Boardworld. He was a talented photographer, a dedicated husband, and a genuine friend. His life was cut tragically short three years ago. Since then, his wife and sister set up a charity in his name… the B-Rad Foundation. The B-Rad Foundation gives out grants to talented youngsters who are following their passions in life… just as Brad did.
Last year, after Tony Hawk skated to victory at Vans BOWL-A-RAMA Bondi, he personally signed and gave us his skateboard to auction off for the B-Rad Foundation. So here it is. I never had the pleasure of meeting Brad, but i am grateful that something i was apart of is going to go a long way to help his foundation and a talented young kid to follow their dreams.
