I find this thread deeply disturbing and completely inappropriate.

1. At this point in time, this situation has nothing to do with ISIS.
2. The responses from members are completely horrible.

I’m in no way educated enough or have enough understanding of the situation to comment on the situation directly & quite frankly, I doubt any one on this forum does either.

And just to be clear, I posted this thread after the fact that the hostages had been forced to hold that flag against the window!!!!! I witnessed this with my very own eyes, live on TV!!!!!

Whether the flag has any peaceful meaning in the Islamic Community I don’t know?????  But when it’s displayed by Islamic State Terroist Organisations around the world, then used in a Hostage Seige with full intent on making some sort of statement, I’m pretty confident that my assumptions that this is some radical extremist nut job that affiliates himself with these types of people, are confirmed regardless if they officially declare so!!!!!

I really don’t care if Isis/whoever ordered this, or even if they have him registered as an official member of their hate club either!!!!!

Isis/whoever and their beliefs and believers don’t belong here, and he was clearly a man that held those very same beliefs!!!!!
