Hi everyone! I’m planning on going to Whistler this winter to work, I applied directly to the mountain and I have an interview this month at the hiring fair in my city. Does anyone have any experience and advice they could share on what to expect for the interview, what type of questions they will ask and what it is that they are looking for. I applied for a position with food and beverage, which isn’t my first choice but I’m 19 and I don’t have a lot of work experience. Any advice helps, thanks!
Be honest and show a willingness to learn and become an asset to them. Don’t talk about going out partying or just being there to ride everyday. Try and relate every answer to a personal experience. Smile and relax dress up professionally NO JEANS! Don’t swear.

Yes, this has been in every interview I’ve ever had in my life… Just think of a few good go to answers for this and wow them…
Say something along the lines of responsibility, attention to detail and how you’re not the kind of person who likes to show up to work hungover…
