Ended up getting a job at Milestones so pretty stoked about that, got offered a job with WB in parking today cus they accidently pressed no instead of yes after the job fair.. but reckon better off in hospitality anyways

Finding it pretty easily actually, just budget it out. Or be like Dylan and survive off a CC
Id kill to work weekends and be bale to ride during the week. Screw dealing with WE crowds! That or buy a sled… 
Working weekends is the key to riding as much powder as possible during the season. Weekends can get powder, obviously, but the lines are much bigger and the snow gets chopped up a lot quicker. I used to love instructing on weekends: skip those monster lines and get heaps of laps while laughing at your friends queuing up for half an hour.
^ yeah.. on weekends, I’d do one run maybe, and then just chill and hang… it’s all happening on the weekdays…. and take note I’m gonna be free weeeekdaaaays when I’m there folks.

AAAAAANNNNNDDDDD I just checked my calendar and Australia day falls on a Monday this year, shit is going to get WILD!!!! 
On Australia Day:
90% of Aussies get blind drunk in the village. 5% get blind drunk and go snowboarding (often in the nude while wearing a flag).
The other 5% goes snowboarding and gets the mountain to themselves (let’s be honest, 60% of Whistler is Australian haha).
Either way, it’s a cracking day. Enjoy it however you want.

Annnd Dyldo, Imke, jac and myself dropped our gear off to Underground Tuning (Yohann loved the #NOJEZ board) to get tuned and waxed, the snow guns have been pumping down pretty low on the mountain the last few days and temps have dropped so its almost riding time!

Nice, I worked the door at longhorns for a while. Get some decent black boots if you don’t have any already, my feet were constantly cold working nights there, especially shoving that bloody patio after a dumping. 
So Cypress is opening this Saturday. I bet it’s all rocks and only like 3 runs will be open.
I heard that on the radio. I can’t even see snow from where we are. Although the temps have been cold and they have been pumping snow. Looks like it’s mostly man-made.
Got some stupidly warm socks and some black Timberland boots so hopefully be ok.
Nah not keen to work 5 days during winter when im here to ride.
