After being told there were waves and it being a smacker of a day I headed coastward. When I got there it was raining and high tide, a few guys were out so I gave the PoleCam it’s debut surf sesh.
Still need a heap of work and I went in twice to tweak the setup, but I’m trying for something different than the standard footage you see from most video shot in the surf. It was tougher than I thought.
YouTube lifted the audio - it was Blister in the Sun. (I might try a different track or do the audio swap thing)
later the sun came out, tide dropped and surf got good - photo’s in surf photo thread.
pretty decent video
