Download IMM 1295 Form Here - Work Permit Application (Canada)
Hey guys,
It seems like a lot of people have been having problems downloading the IMM 1295 form — Application for a Work Permit (Canada) — from the http://www.cic.gc.ca/ website.
Anyway, I have uploaded it HERE for you to download. The form won’t work in your browser. Make sure you download the form by clicking DOWNLOAD at the top of the page.
If that doesn’t work, right click on the HERE link and select “Save Link As”. Then find the file, right click and select “Open With” then “Adobe Reader”.
Don’t forget to check the Canada Mega Thread for more information in relation to working in Canada.
Please let me know if you have any problems. 
Maybe you should just change this thread to “Forms for Canadian Visa Application” & put all the needed forms in there

Yeh all you need to do is save them from the site then open it from your computer and they all work.
