Saw that this morning. Still a long way to go but at least it’s progress.
In other news, apparently they’re going to drop the double points thing next year. It was the worst idea ever and if rosberg ends up winning the championship because of it I’ll be annoyed. Hamilton has won 10 races (I think) and for him to lose simply because some idiot decided the last race of the season is worth double is ridiculous.
Haha, yeah Hamilton has 10, to Nicos 5.
I’d love to see the look on Hamiltons face if he lost though.
But at 334(Ham) and 317(Ros) Ham will still win, if Ros comes first, and he takes 2nd.
If he plays it smart, he’d let Ros go, and cruise in 2nd place. The Merc has the power to keep it infront of the pack.
If he tries to battle it (which, being his arrogant self, will), theres a higher chance of an accident, or stuffing something up.
Plus I wouldent put it past either of those two to give the other an “accidental” love tap and take them out.
RE: the double points, good. lol.
I actually want Rosberg to win due to the double points because then everyone will be able to see how much of a stupid idea it was.
its funny at the start of the season I was behind Hamilton but now I want Rosberg to win.
they are both twats.
No way! Back in about ‘09/‘10 I couldn’t stand Hamilton cos he was so arrogant and petulant but he’s improved heaps since then. Plus no one can argue he isn’t an amazing driver! I have only half forgiven him for leaving McLaren though…
oh and I wish McLaren would hurry up and decide whether they’re keeping Button or Magnusson! Alonso will be a good addition regardless.
McLaren have FINALLY announced their 2015 driver line up. Alonso and button! Good decision I think :D

Alsono was pretty much known anyway, and Button posted a smily face on twitter that kinda gave it away, lol.
Should make a good team though.
I’m glad they’ve finally sorted it. They had to go with JB. Such an experienced driver, and out performed KM by a considerable margin this year.
I thought it was pretty disrespectful they way the team handled the driver pairing. Although I guess you never really know what was going on behind closed doors.
Still, I had visions of JB getting sick of waiting so long for the team to tell him what they were doing, and singing to race WEC instead, but not telling the team he’d signed elsewhere. And then when they finally made up their minds and came to him to tell him they were going to keep him, he’d turn around and say “Oh, sorry. I signed elsewhere 4 weeks ago while you were taking so long to work yourselves out”.
I can see why they had a tough time deciding, there are advantages to each driver. I reckon Jenson Button handled it brilliantly considering how frustrating and hard it would have been waiting so long! One of the reasons I like him so much is because he has such a sense of humour.

Next year should be an axciting year for McLaren! Can’t wait to see what the new cars look like.
I’m another F1 Fan!
Good season all up I think. Nice not to see someone else win other than Vettel.
Highlight of the season for me was how well Dan Ricciardo did! What a champ.
Good to see JB keep his seat at McLaren.
It’s going to be so fun to watch Ferrari and McLaren next year; both teams taking on Champion race drivers (Ferrari; Kimi and Vettel, McLaren Alonso and JB)! I know Kimi and Alonso was one sided but it could be tough competition at both teams I reckon.
