Apparently there’s a new snow park opening in Sydney? I wasn’t aware this was happening until now.
Snow enthusiasts can now hit the slopes year-round with the opening of In2ski, the first and only indoor snow sports centre in Sydney.
Founded by Winter Olympian and five-time aerial skiing world champion Jacqui Cooper, In2ski will open on Tuesday 21 January in Alexandria, just 5km from Sydney’s CBD.
This looks interesting…open for snowboarders too, of course.
In2ski uses an advanced Maxxtracks ski slope simulator, providing a superior ski belt complete with boarding, fencing, kickboards and handrails. There are three slopes, a full range of premium rental equipment and a café and retail space. Coaching sessions can be booked by contacting In2ski and each session lasts one hour.
I suppose this is good news for those of us in Sydney?
Sounds interesting. I’ll have to check it out!
heres one like this in melbs already, looks soooo boring. Good if you want to practise turns for hours though
