Where bouts is that creek? Is that Swindlers Creek? If it is, I really want to paddle it eventually cos it runs down into the upper cobungrra and is heaps of fun when levels get up. Pretty full on further down and a 2day trip. Just curious.
Injury update:
Its so weird, cos most the sorness is going. I have full strength in it. Can do lots of push ups with no pain at all. Though the tricep is still sore to touch in spots. and still cant lift my arm up and behind my head with out pain.
Today when I woke up the bruise was even more f’d up! You know how if you fall asleep on your pillow face down and you wake up with the crinkle lines on your face. Well that kinda happened witht he bruise. It looked like that except it was all purple with white lines from the sheets!! and stayed like that all day. Sleeping on it moved the blood around. Swelling is nearly gone.
I’ll be fine by the weekend. I think it was just a bad strain, or very minor tear. Maybe just a strain and damage of some blood vessles.
Wonder if I can get Yeti to come?

We went out last night to see a show/musical starring one of my friends from school. She’s been in some big musicals and going back to New York in a few days. Caught up with a bunch of people from school and a couple of my old teachers after the show. Went out and had a couple of drinks with them. Fun night to say the least.
Stoked we’re going to Cirque du Soleil on Friday night too. I’ve never been and Michelle has told me it’s quite amazing.
